The Oakridge estate can be found between the villages of St Mellion and Pillaton - in the beautiful rolling countryside of South East Cornwall. It lies in a sheltered wooded valley bounded by the Jack Nicklaus designed ‘Signature' golf course and open countryside. The estate is made up of 20 detached cottages set in groups of five across 30 acres of private land.

The village of St Mellion has a 14th century church and the parish of St Mellion is also the location of Pentillie, a 17th century castle and estate which has been the seat of the Coryton family since 1698.
